What happen about the increment on January 2006 for those whose increment date in earlier pay scales (V pay commission ) was falling between February and June.
Delaying the date of increment in Govt service is the form of punishment. In other words masses of govt employees were punished for none of their faults and nobody their to ask justice for them.
